M&E Appraisal Associates, Inc. (“M&EAA”) provide certified cabinet making equipment appraisals. The president of M&EAA, Greg Feinsinger, recently appraised the machinery & equipment of a wood cabinet manufacturing company.

The subject cabinet manufacturing machinery & equipment included CNC panel saws, CNC machining centers, CNC Routers, CNC edgebanders, moulders, jointers, sanders, case clamps, saws, paint spray equipment, dust collections systems and baghouses, etc.

Appraisal conclusions: the subject machinery & equipment was inspected by the appraiser. A majority of the equipment was new, and the values concluded for these items was very favorable. The economic demand for the end product is currently very strong, which further supports the high value conclusions.
