M&E Appraisal Associates, Inc. (“M&EAA”) provide certified R&D lab equipment appraisals. The president of M&EAA, Greg Feinsinger, recently appraised the machinery & equipment of an alternative energy and battery management products manufacturing company.

The subject laboratory machinery & equipment included balances & scales, measuring & test equipment, microscopes, charging stations, power modules & supplies, ovens & furnaces, hardness testers, lab benches & cabinets, welders, material handling equipment, and other general laboratory items.

Appraisal conclusions:  the subject machinery & equipment was inspected by the appraiser. A majority of the equipment was newer, and in very good condition. The equipment is not proprietary, and has utility in an number of related laboratory & test applications. The commanlity of the equipment and the good physical condition of the subject items resulted in favorable value conclusions.
